Quality Kratom vendors are happy to offer a satisfaction guarantee for their products. If a vendor doesn’t do so – or if they refuse to stand behind their guarantee – you should steer clear of them.

Don’t buy from a Kratom vendor that makes it next to impossible to contact them. This typically means that customer support will be non-existent.
Kratom isn’t supposed to be laced with anything. Avoid companies that sell adulterated products such as Krypton Kratom, along with any vendors that have a reputation for selling stuff that’s too strong to be pure Kratom.
A single bad review from one disgruntled consumer could be anything from a misunderstanding to a buyer who was having a very bad day. Before writing a company off, be sure to look for reviews from multiple sources.

Per Reddit users, Kratom Eye costs “too much money” and “the quality just wasn’t very good.” On the plus side, this vendor’s “customer service was fine, though.”
This vendor earned negative remarks on Reddit for selling a product that some “don’t even think was real Kratom.”
Members of Reddit’s Kratom forum have been upset with Authentic Kratom since a 2016 discussion in which the owner went off on a customer in a thread. Other reported issues include not receiving invoices or timely delivery.
Several Reddit consumers reported having their BikHuk order seized and destroyed by customs.
