Refund & Return Policy

This website has a 30-day refund guarantee policy. This applies to both opened and unopened products. You do not need to supply a reason for wanting a refund. However, we will need both opened and unopened products returned to us before issuing a refund. The 30-day refund period starts from the day the tracking number shows as delivered, not from the date the order was placed on the website.

Please note, opened products that are being returned must have 85% or more of the original contents to be eligible for a refund. We do not restock opened products and they are disposed of. Please note, return shipping fees are NOT covered under our policy, however, if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will cover the full cost of return postage.

To request a refund please follow the following steps:

  1. Reach out to customer support either by calling or emailing. You can find our contact details on the contact page
  2. Customer support will then send a return postage label via email so that you do not have to pay for return postage
  3. Go to the post office and bring either a printed copy of the label or a picture/attachment image of the label on your phone
  4. Make sure the product is packaged and secured well before shipping. Use a new box if necessary
  5. We will await the return package and will refund by either a) a reversal on the charge via credit card or e-check or by b) mailing a check to your shipping address

Note: It may take up to 5 business days for a credit/debit card or e-check reversal to show on your statement.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange unopened products for up to 90 days after purchasing. Please note, exchange shipping return postage is not covered under our policy.

Please follow the steps below to exchange or return an unopened product

  1. Reach out to customer support either by calling or emailing. You can find our contact details on the contact page
  2. Customer support will then send a return postage label via email so that you do not have to pay for return postage
  3. Go to the post office and bring either a printed copy of the label or a picture/attachment image of the label on your phone
  4. Inform customer support when you have mailed the package and they will check the return label tracking
  5. Once the return is received, customer service will print the new shipping label for the exchange or process the refund
