The Kratom Company Vendor Review

The Kratom Company claims to be revolutionizing the herbal industry, but the evidence says otherwise. This e-commerce vendor may offer various products, including liquid kratom extract, but its reputation could be more substantial, and its website needs certain key features.

Are you about to buy kratom online? Before you place an order with The Kratom Company, there are some things you should know. In today’s complete review, we’ll fill you in on the pros and cons of this East Coast brand.

What is The Kratom Company?

The Kratom Company is a Michigan-based kratom vendor that purports to be genuinely passionate about the Mitragyna speciosa herb. Founded in 2018 by a group of recent college grads, the company claims to deliver pure, high-quality kratom from Indonesian plantations.

The Kratom Company may not be the flashiest of monikers, but its products are worthy of attention. Since its inception, The Kratom Company (TKC) has rolled out a surfeit of powerful kratom products, including Pure Kratom Liquid Extract and White Horn Kratom Capsules.

For a company that fronts like it is all about quality control and customer satisfaction, TKC offers little reassurance. No certificates of analysis are provided, nor is any reference to lab testing made. On the contrary, this vendor’s bare-bones FAQ page mentions neither purity nor safety. The company promises honesty and transparency, but it does not fulfill this promise.

Most orders receive kratom same-day or next-day shipping, with tracking information provided within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS, with most orders receiving free Standard Mail shipping. Priority Mail and Express Mail upgrades may be available upon request.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your items, you can contact The Kratom Company about a potential refund or replacement. However, take this information with a grain of salt since the site lacks a formal satisfaction guarantee. While we haven’t had any problems with this vendor, we cannot rule out the possibility of trouble regarding consumer grievances.

What It Has to Offer

The Kratom Company is renowned for its white kratom powder, but it’s got a lot more to offer than mere white veins. The online store features everything from variety packs and kratom caps to bundle deals on the best strains in its catalog. The new Pick 5 bundle saves you 20% off your order.

The Kratom Company’s kratom strains is hand-selected after months of exhaustive research. They all come from the wilds of Southeast Asia, where they are grown by skilled petani (the native word for “farmer”).

Popular strains include The Kratom Company Red Maeng Da, Green Indo, Green Maeng Da, Red Bali, White Horn, and White MD. All strains come in varying sizes and at varying price points.

This vendor also stocks kratom capsules, which are ideal for those with a sensitive gag reflex. The Kratom Company’s kratom capsules start at $24.99 for a 75-count bottle, with a 150-count going for $39.99. You can also bulk up with a 300-count bottle for $99.99.

We appreciate the straightforward look of the bottles and the labeling provided on the back of each one. This is the kind of transparency The Kratom Company has promised, and it’s nice to know it fulfills the bare minimum.

The Kratom Company’s Pure Kratom Liquid Extract comes in a secure resealable tincture, with one 10ml unit selling for $19.99. You can get six bottles for $109.99, a twelve-pack for $199.99, or a 24-pack for $359.99.

What It Costs and How It Compares

As mentioned above, The Kratom Company’s kratom strains cost $24.99 for three ounces of powder. That equates to approximately 85 grams of powder, which means you’re paying around 29-30 cents per gram. While this is far from the most expensive, there are better deals we’ve encountered online. Many e-commerce sites charge significantly more per gram.

For example, Happy Hippo Herbals charges as much as $15 for a single ounce. That means you’d be paying almost 54 cents per gram if you went with Happy Hippo instead of The Kratom Company.

The Kratom Company currently accepts all major credit and debit cards. It also accepts ACH, Bitcoin, Cash App, eCheck, PayPal, and Venmo. Alas, COD (Cash on Delivery) may not be available, but almost everything else is.

Customer Reviews

This is one of the most alarming aspects of TKC. This vendor has not received any attention from the online kratom forum community. Typically, one could count on the members of Reddit to have strong opinions about a kratom vendor, but TKC has barely made it on their radar.

Those who have tried the brand have next to nothing to say about it. One user said they liked the design of its kratom pouches better than other headshop brands, while another user flagged it as expensive.

One user said they liked The Kratom Company Red Bali, but this person should have bothered to expound on what they liked about it. Meanwhile, another user said they tried its liquid extract and found it less potent than OPMS Kratom.

The same is true of forums like Double M Herbals, and I Love Kratom. The watchdogs that usually prowl their threads have said nothing about this vendor or its products. While this does not necessarily reflect poorly (no news is good news), it doesn’t add anything to the conversation.

Bottom Line

All things considered, The Kratom Company is a middle-of-the-road brand with a lot to learn about making it online. This vendor does not participate in the AKA’s GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) program nor discloses third-party labs.

If you’re looking for a trusted, affordable bulk kratom supplier, we encourage you to shop around. On the other hand, this vendor is a relatively safe source for small-batch kratom. It may be a viable choice if you’re in a pinch. However, the Internet is overflowing with cheaper and more well-established brands.
