The KC website is, to be brutally honest, kind of a mess. It looks like it was made by someone who has little to no understanding of web design. Despite this, however, this vendor appears to be doing decent business. In fact, ZoomInfo says they make more than $1 million but less than $5 million per year. For a company with fewer than 25 employees, that’s a good annual haul.

How Much Will It Cost Me?

This is where Kratom Cats stumbles. Their pricing is astronomical. We would never pay $250 for a kilo (or $50 for 100g), but to some people, KC is worth it.

Powder:

• 500g – $150
• 1 Kilo – $250

What makes their pricing even harder to swallow is the fact that we couldn’t find any active promo codes. This means that the only way to try KC is by paying at least $50.

Kratom Cats Consumer Reputation

The thing that makes KC’s pricing even crazier is that they’re widely reported to purchase their Kratom from Speciosa Specialists. Once you check out SS’s website, you’ll see that they have 100g of Kratom for sale for from $19 to $21. This was discussed on Reddit:

• “This is correct. Kratom Cats gets their supply from SS as far as I know, and I don’t know of any other resellers of the real UEI.”

Another Reddit thread revealed that:

• “I’ve made a few orders with them in the past, but that was a few years ago. I also never had any trouble then… my payment has processed (read: they’ve already taken my money), and still not a word from them. Really starting to lose patience.”
• “Dave always seemed cool to me, maybe it’s b/c I was faithful to them from 2012 – 2015 when SS was out of extracts. They sold “Speciosa enhanced Bali” which was the exact product as SS UEB.”
• “That Dave guy that works there is an @sshole…I’ll never get anything from them. They let me down twice, too inconsistent with potency.”

Kratom Cats Customer Service

We couldn’t find much about KC’s customer service. However, one guy on Reddit seemed pleased.

• “Dave always took care of me and made things right when I had a concern or complaint. Made up for it by refunding shipping/sending free sample, including 5-10% more for the next 2-3 orders etc.”

Bottom Line

It sounds like Kratom Cats definitely has a spotty history. Before you buy Kratom from them, take the time to look into some other options. We don’t like to knock down a vendor who is trying to make a living, but KC’s prices are out of this world.
