I started taking the Sunrise a few weeks ago and it really gives me a good boost in the AM and after excerise helps with soreness. Last week I tried the Midnight Dream and after figuring out the right dose I am sleeping better and feeling better when I wake up.GOOD STUFF!
The product itself is decent. It’s the customer support that is pretty much non existent. I do not recommend this company.
