DGBotanicals.com has the most uninformative website we’ve ever seen. We’re going to try to give them a fair shake, though, with the following review.

When you reach this vendor’s website, this is what you’ll find: “Dg Botanicals. For Full Inventory Email [email protected]. Zelle or Money Order Payments Only.” And that’s it. This non-secured webpage doesn’t even use a nice design or pretty colors. It’s simply the above text written on a white background.

Because you have to email the vendor and they didn’t get back to us in time for this article to go to press, we can only mention the products that other vendors have mentioned. This includes:

What’s it Going to Cost Me?

DG Botanicals doesn’t make it easy to buy Kratom. Not only do you have to email them for access, which may or may not be denied, but there’s no good way to see how much their products cost. We do know, though, that back in 2019 it cost $68 for 125g. This is, of course, insanely expensive. Even if it was $48 like it was before 2019, that’s pretty expensive, too.

Not only do they sell their Kratom for very high rates, but they don’t even offer any coupon codes. The bottom line is that DGBotanicals.com makes it almost impossible to support their business.

DGBotanicals.com Kratom Consumer Reputation

As of March 2020, DG Botanicals had a lengthy post on their website. Less than a year later, that’s gone (as is almost anything else of substance). Still, they did manage to attract a couple of good reviews in 2020, as evidenced by Double M Herbals.

• “Love this strain. Been getting the super red kali off and on for 1-2 years and for me it stays pretty consistent.”
• “Great night time strain to relax but does not make me sleepy.”

Over on Reddit, though, things don’t look as good.

• “I got on wait list, accepted, and ordered the PMD that everyone has been raving about.
• “I’ve tried it at various doses and unfortunately it just isn’t as good as SoCal or some others I’ve had over the while.”
• “I tried dg once and it was not any better than some on the daily list. I got 3 samples with my order, but they were so small that I couldn’t tell if they were any good or not. Def not worth the extra $$ for my taste.”
• “I’m glad I’m not the only one and I UNDERSTAND batches vary it’s all good was just asking if anyone else recently also received not so stellar product.”
• “I too was underwhelmed by DG and tried a variety of strains back in late 2016.”

When it comes to customer service, DGBotanicals.com seems to be lacking some refinement.

• “You too?!? I thought it was just me. Bad, bad business model to require a potential customer to register for “membership”, take your information and then never get back to you! I guess they don’t need my money…”
• “You are correct. I finally received a (rather terse) reply from him, stating that he is a one- man operation. Also, he pointed me to a link, on the menu, explaining all this.”
• “Requiring a sign up seems fishy to most.”

Bottom Line

It’s hard to say if DG Botanicals has good stuff. Therefore, we can’t recommend them, although you’re certainly welcome to try to get approved to buy their stuff.
