Golden Monk was founded in 2016 to make it easy for people to access lab-tested kratom online with affordable pricing. What data breach procedures we have in place
Customer information such as email, phone numbers, names and addresses are stored within a MySQL database. Our technician keeps the MySQL database security up to date at all times. Additionally, we keep plugins and website integrations up to date to provide maximum protection from MySQL attacks and malicious loopholes that outdated plugins and software can cause.
Credit card and banking information are not stored on our servers. Sensitive banking information will never be stored on either our servers or website. This sensitive information is paused solely to the gateways provided. Employees of this website do not have access to this information or the interpretable transmission of it.
Employees do have access to customer accounts where personal information such as email, phone numbers, names and addresses are stored. The reason for this is so they can reset passwords, update addresses and access customer information relating to the order. We monitor our employee activity closely to ensure maximum safety for our users.
What third parties we receive data from
