After all, there are several sites serving the region, including arbos-germany.de, gaiastore.eu, kosmickitchen.eu, kratometcetera.com, nectarleaf.eu, and more. They’ve all received attention.
Mitra Genie isn’t as exclusive or popular as it would have you believe. Take one look at the figures, and you’ll see it has yet to leave as much of an impression as it should. The brand has only attracted less than five Google reviews, and the Reddit community seems divided regarding its products.
Regardless of its popularity, Mitra Genie is a prominent company. That much is undeniable. What remains questionable, however, is the extent to which the brand will go to pass itself off as something it’s not. According to search engines, Mitra Genie is a native herb shop located in Pontianak, Indonesia. But that’s not the company’s official headquarters.
According to information provided by this vendor, its address is in Prague, in the Czech Republic. This places it firmly within the European Union but nowhere near its supposed headquarters in South East Asia. This is only one of the odd things about this International kratom supplier. This brand is weird. Plain and simple.
Its official mascot, an angry little genie with ears like a Vulcan and thumbs like Uma Thurman, holds a golden bottle that appears to be releasing pink steam. What any of this has to do with kratom is beyond us, but we understand the need for an avatar that represents one’s brand. As it happens, we have one as well.
Mitra Genie Kratom’s website is exceptionally polished and easy on the eyes, but it could be better where it counts the most. Although there are plenty of slick graphics and pretty colors, the site could be less sparse where features are concerned. There is no FAQ, no satisfaction guarantee, and no mention of third-party labs.
This last bit should come to as little surprise to anyone familiar with International kratom manufacturers. Since it is not located in the United States, Mitra Genie is not bound by America’s kratom laws or regulations. Consequently, it does not make any claims about laboratory testing.
This vendor offers a wide range of green vein, red vein, and white vein kratom powder. It also produces an assortment of house blends. Its plain leaf kratom strains include Black Maeng Da, Green Bali, Green Borneo, Red Aceh, Red Bali, Red Elephant, Super Green Shah, Super Green Surya, Super White Indo, Super White Shah, Super White Surya, and White Cambodian.
This vendor’s proprietary blends include Green Wizard Blend, Majestic Super Shah Gold, Ultimate Dragon House Blend, and Ultimate Wizard House Blend. These blends appear to be combinations of greens, reds, and whites. It is unclear exactly how they differ from one another.
Mitra Genie Kratom starts at €12,39 for 50 grams of powder, with 100 grams going for €22,58. You can get 250 grams for €38,80, 500 grams for €60,21, or a kratom kilo for €108,03. These prices are almost conspicuously low for a European vendor.
For the sake of comparison, Kratom.eu charges €16,50 for 50 grams, €106.40 for 500 grams, or €199,00. By contrast, Mitra Genie offers economy pricing on bulk orders. Wholesalers can score 10 kilos for €742,98.
Customers have had mixed results with this supplier. Some claim to have been burned by Mitra Genie, with one Double M Herbals member suggesting the company had taken their payment and “gone AWOL.” Over on Reddit, a member said, “They took my money with no problem but have not yet shipped anything and are not responding to queries.”
However, another member was quick to chime in, writing, “It is super legit. They have been in business for over 15 years. They were the pioneers who brought a bunch of kratom to Canada before anyone ever knew what that plant was.”
Elsewhere, a native patron said, “The best store, excellent quality, reasonable prices, I put five stars. Thanks a lot. White Maengda is my favorite variety.”
