Nothing about Kratom Gardens quite adds up, whether we’re talking about its kratom origins or its physical location. Kratom Gardens is listed as a Los Angeles kratom vendor on I Love Kratom, but it has a Wichita, KS, phone extension, and a physical address in the Netherlands.
This vendor appears on at least one of the many online kratom forums as a California brand, but it bills itself as the public’s source for UK-grown kratom plant matter. As most users know, kratom is primarily cultivated in Indonesia and other countries with tropical climates. Aside from parts of Southeast Asia, the only other known source for kratom cultivars is the State of Florida. This owes to the Sunshine State’s naturally humid environment.
Suspicious and vague business details aside, Kratom Gardens has delivered many of the goods that kratom consumers expect. Its kratom strains are finely textured, relatively potent, and backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Kratom Gardens has distinguished itself from other e-commerce sites by providing fast 24-hour shipping speeds, economy kratom samples, and some exciting sales items. Though its packaging looks fairly generic and less-than-secure, this vendor’s sampler packs give you the option of trying out a strain before investing a large sum of money.
What’s more, Kratom Gardens’ inventory includes some truly sublime variations, such as Pontianak Green Horn and Yellow Borneo. Its collection includes green veins, such as Borneo Green and Super Green Nano. Its red vein kratom powders include Pontianak Red Horn, while its white vein collection includes Pontianak White Horn, Pontianak Maeng Da, and Super White Nano.
Kratom Gardens’ prices start as low as $7.86 USD or €6.95 in Euro for twenty-five grams. You can get fifty grams for $13.51 or €11.95, two hundred fifty grams for $45.16 or €39.95, or five hundred grams for $76.80 or €67.95. Those who wish to buy bulk kratom can do so for $124.27 per kilo.
These prices are not the lowest in the industry, but they are well within the acceptable marketplace range. For the sake of comparison, Clover Kratom charges $19.99 for twenty-five grams, while Kratom Lounge charges $125.00 for a kratom kilo.
In short, Kratom Gardens is neither the lowest nor highest-priced kratom vendor on the internet. Its bulk kratom deals extend beyond a mere kilogram, with two kilos selling for $257.66 (€227.95), three grams going for $363.91 (€321.95), four kilos going for $455.43 (€402.95), five kilos going for $531.16 (€469.95), and a ten-kilo bundle selling for just $904.20 (€799.95).

The brand seems to have barely registered on the radar of the global kratom community.

Just as it lacks positive consumer feedback Kratom Gardens has attracted zero negative attention. There are no lawsuits filed against this company, nor are there any complaints filed against it with the Better Business Bureau. As of this writing, Trustpilot has yet to create a company page for this business.
This vendor claims to be lab-tested, but it does not provide any evidence to support this claim. No third-party certificates of analysis appear on its website, nor does it encourage users to inquire about such results.
The site’s FAQ page skates right over the issue of lab-testing, opting instead to redirect visitors to a list of its bestselling items and kratom combos. This is unsettling for anyone expecting the transparency of top kratom brands.
Laboratory testing is imperative to the safety and satisfaction of consumers, as they demonstrate how clean and potent a given kratom strain is (or isn’t). In Kratom Gardens’ case, we have no way of knowing what its Mitragynine content looks like or whether it has been analyzed for potential contaminants.
This vendor does not conduct itself in a manner befitting a legitimate outfit. While we are pleased with its satisfaction guarantee, there is no information that corroborates this or any other claims made by Kratom Gardens. More alarmingly, this vendor is notoriously mum where kratom origins and labeling are concerned.
Kratom Gardens is listed as an Approved Vendor over at I Love Kratom, but it has not answered any of the questions posed by the open community platform. The Vendor Q&A is a protocol for all approved vendors and most kratom processors are all too happy to talk about why customers should trust them. This vendor breaks with tradition, which does not bode well for its future among the kratom community.
Kratom Gardens does not participate in the AKA’s GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) program. For all that we can say about this vendor’s failure to demonstrate legitimacy, we must point out that international vendors are not obliged to participate in this domestic program. However, Kratom Gardens offers no assurance of similar practices or protocols.
For example, many domestic vendors do not participate in third-party testing, preferring to keep their analysis an in-house affair, but these suppliers assuage their patrons by delivering detailed descriptions of their evaluation methods. Some even go so far as to post images from their facilities or videos of their equipment. Kratom Gardens delivers none of this and the effect its secrecy has had on its reputation is undeniable—no one is talking about this brand.
In lieu of demonstrative third-party lab disclosure, GMP compliance, or kratom origin information, Kratom Gardens does not offer sufficient incentives to the discerning consumer. We cannot recommend this vendor for the reasons outlined above.
